How my journey began
I have spent much of my career in Corporate IT, and at one point took a 3-year sabbatical to run a gourmet shop and catering business. The business was truly an amazing part of my journey. I am a self-taught “Divine Chef”, and I’ve learned through consuming cookbooks, reading and studying about clean food, eating locally, growing vegetables and getting back to simple, beautiful and delicious ingredients.
In 2023, I enrolled in the Academy of Holistic Nutrition to deepen my knowledge of food energetics, the powerful healing effects of eating the right foods for each season, healing the gut microbiome and the power of minerals in all of our miraculous bodily systems. I am enjoying the sunset phase of my corporate life while joyfully embracing my creativity, writing, cooking, and fulfilling my passions as a retreat leader while allowing this next phase to unfold.
