Coconut Chia Pudding with Berries

Ingredients:

1 Can coconut milk

¼ Cup water

4 TBSP Chia Seeds

1 TBSP fresh grated ginger

1 Tsp cinnamon

1 TBSP honey

Pinch Celtic sea salt

(Optional:  ripe banana)


Directions:

Blend the coconut milk, water, ginger, cinnamon, honey and sea salt in blender or bullet. (add banana if using)

Add chia seeds while stirring.

Chill for 1 hour min or overnight in the refrigerator to thicken


Serve with fresh berries or sliced bananas
